AvIndia is dedicated to driving sustainable change in the aviation industry by addressing India's environmental challenges with humility and determination. In a country burdened by the environmental and social costs of landfilling waste, our innovative approach to municipal solid waste (MSW) management is more vital than ever. Through advanced gasification and Fischer-Tropsch synthesis processes, we aim to introduce solutions that not only minimise environmental impact but also foster a more sustainable aviation future.

The journey from waste to fuel begins with meticulous sorting and processing of MSW to ensure the purity of feedstock for gasification. Industrial-scale gasifiers then transform MSW into syngas, a versatile precursor for Fischer-Tropsch synthesis. Rigorous purification of syngas precedes the crucial Fischer-Tropsch synthesis stage, where catalytic conversion yields FT-SPK, the sustainable aviation fuel of the future.

Once derived, our SAF undergoes stringent quality control measures before being transported for blending with conventional jet fuel. AvIndia is committed to establishing an efficient and cost-effective SAF logistical chain, seamlessly connecting Fischer-Tropsch process plants with major airports nationwide.

SAF-O, or SAF-ONE, exemplifies AvIndia's commitment to pioneering the production of sustainable aviation fuel (SAF). Strategically located near Jewar Airport in Greater Noida, SAF-O addresses Delhi's severe waste management challenges, where landfills have been over capacity for over a decade. With a capacity to handle 2,500 tons of Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) per day, SAF-O will convert waste into high-quality SAF, producing 500 barrels daily. This facility not only mitigates the region's waste issues but also contributes to a more sustainable aviation future. Utilizing advanced gasification and Fischer-Tropsch synthesis technologies, SAF-O strengthens AvIndia's leadership in sustainable fuel production, fostering economic growth and environmental stewardship in the region.

SAF-T, or SAF-TWO, showcases AvIndia's dedication to advancing sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) production in India. Located strategically near Navi Mumbai Airport, SAF-T addresses Mumbai's significant waste management challenges due to its dense population and high waste output. The facility will process 2,500 tons of MSW per day, generating 500 barrels of SAF daily. Positioned to leverage Navi Mumbai Airport's modern infrastructure, SAF-T aims to meet the rising demand for eco-friendly aviation fuels, driving India's transition to greener air travel. Through cutting-edge technology and strategic partnerships, SAF-T reinforces AvIndia's commitment to innovation, sustainability, and environmental stewardship, contributing to regional development and a sustainable future for the aviation sector.
